Executive DirectorJamey has served as the Executive Director since 2001 and is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Indiana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and brings 30 years of experience in human services to Samaritan Caregivers.
Volunteer CoordinatorRebekah joined the staff of Samaritan Caregivers in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Olivet Nazarene University and has years of experience in working with volunteers as well as office operations.
Transportation SchedulerA graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in Human Services and a Gerontology concentration, Teresa has been with Samaritan Caregivers since 2010. Her strong connections in the community and her ability to communicate effectively help her to achieve positive outcomes at Samaritan Caregivers.
ReceptionistKaren is at the front desk of Samaritan Caregivers, 8 am-noon, Monday - Friday, welcoming guest, answering the phone, and using the database to keep the organization running smoothly. A retired pharmacist, Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Utah. She began volunteering with the organization as an office volunteer in 2011 and served in that position until she was hired as the morning receptionist in 2017.
Client Services RepresentativeKay began working with Samaritan Caregivers in 2012 through the Experience Works program. She has an Associate of Applied Science degrees in Computer Technology, Accounting and Construction Technology from Ivy Tech Community College. In 2018, Kay was hired to maintain phone contact with clients, focusing on food pantry services, State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) and home maintenance projects.
